One small step...

One giant heap of pain. Ok last Thursday I took a long walk from Government Center to my house. About 2.5 Hours of walking time in the sort of heat. 85F or so. Afterwards I noticed my right foot begin to ache. I thought it was just pain from doing so much walking at one time at a hardened pace. Well when I walk alone and with my headphones on I tend to power step. But when I used to take long walks with Tina on the weekends we'd take our time and just be tired by days end. I think I may have over did it a touch. As for the being myself and walking from Gov. Center to Kenmore yesterday and then walking home from P's house last night. I think it just reinforced the injury to the extent that it is right now. As it is now I can barely put pressure on the foot without wanting to wince or cry out. I've managed to hobble into work today and be able to keep put in the front desk without having to do my usual run around the office stuff. I think I'll be able to duck out a little early to see my Doc.

Word of the Day: Ouch!

P and I have been drawing closer day to day. I'm glad to see her so free spirited and not such the negative worry freak she has been over the past month or so. I've discussed her and my relationship with a few close friends of mine. They both agree good things will come of this. They are happy for me and are also glad P and I are allowing time to progress on it's own. It'd be foolish to make foolhardy plans based on a sudden idea at this point. I'm just happy with her and she with me.

Jobs a Go-Go!
After opening up a spectrum of new prospects a family friend expressed an interest in employing me. It's a step in creating a better and more stable ME! Sort of selfish but a must have for MY sanity and to better push forward with life. Cross those fingers it's all up hill from here!
